Were recruiting a Sous Chef to join a highly respected luxury event catering company in North London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef with a background in either high:end events, Rosette/Michelin restaurants or quality contract catering, who enjoys working in a calm, structured kitchen and delivering exceptional food at scale.
The role is predominantly Monday to Friday with a 5pm finish, offering strong work:life balance. During peak periods, youll support up to two evening events per week in London
The offer
* Salary up to A GBP 55,000
* 40:45 hours per week

The role
* Support the Head Chef and Executive Chef in the day:to:day kitchen operation
* Deliver food for luxury events ranging from canapà receptions to large:scale events.
* Maintain high culinary standards, consistency and presentation.
* Help lead, mentor and develop the chef brigade
* Contribute to smooth service for events of up to 2,000 guests

The Sous Chef
* Proven experience in high:end events, Rosette/Michelin restaurants or quality contract catering.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to support and mentor teams.
* Excellent commitment and longevity within previous roles.
