They are looking to expand their team with the onboarding of an organised and highly communicative Verification Coordinator who will be responsible for the Verification of all sprinkler service documentation. Daily Responsibilities Manage inbox in a timely manner giving all stakeholders a high level of service. Ensure all sprinkler related services have a verification check, and are escalated where necessary. Process all documentation to Microsoft Dynamics NAV (NAV). Undertake and complete the necessary relevant checks of the documentation. Carry out compliance checks of sprinkler services. To raise the verification enquiries with the Technical Design Manager/Head of Mechanical to allocate to a Project Manager. Manage the sprinkler verification jet reports. Weekly reporting Chase and report any technicians that have not sent in report sheets.
