Location: Falkirk
About the Role:
* Initiating, developing, and maintaining customer relationships.
* Establishing customer requirements.
* Preparing, submitting, and following up customer quotations.
* Order processing.
* Providing basic levels of technical support on the products/services available from Rubix Industrial Services (Full training provided).
* Introducing customers to new products/services. xsngvjr
* Providing market leading levels of customer service
* Proactively calling down traders and prospect customers to generate additional business.
Working hours:
08.30am - 05.00pm - Mon - Fri
30 min break
40 hours per week
Key Skills, Experience & Requirements:
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Positive 'can-do' attitude
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
* Administrative Skills - Confident and able to work with Microsoft packages such as outlook and excel
* Knowledge of a similar industry is preferable but not essential
* Experience within a sales environment preferred
