⭐We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic 1:1 Outreach Support Worker to support a young person in the Witham area.
This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and young people and understands the importance of building support around individual interests.

1. Providing 1:1 outreach support in the community
2. Supporting the young person to access activities safely and confidently
3. Encouraging social skills, independence, and positive engagement
4. Sessions will be planned around the child’s interests to help build trust and motivation

5. Anime
6. Comic-Con / pop culture events
7. Related creative or fandom activities
Applicants must have a genuine interest or understanding of anime and Comic-Con culture, as this is essential for building a meaningful and supportive relationship.
About You
8. Patient, calm, and reliable
9. Fun, engaging, and able to connect through shared interests
10. Experience working with children or young people (preferred but not essential)
11. Confident supporting in community settings
12. DBS check required (or willingness to obtain one)
