Leading international real estate services company providing a wide range of property-related advice and services across residential, commercial, rural, and infrastructure sectors. They support clients including private individuals, corporations, investors, and public sector organisations with services such as property sales and lettings, valuations, property and asset management, planning and development consultancy, and infrastructure and utilities advisory work.
About the Role
In this role, you will take full ownership of your own projects while working closely within a client organisation, providing expert support across a wide range of land and consents matters. Projects will vary significantly in scale and complexity, ranging from smaller individual negotiations through to major infrastructure developments across both rural and urban environments. This is a home-based position.
Location - Lincoln, York, Leeds, and Newcastle.
Salary Package - £35,000 - £40,000 basic salary depending on skills and experience
What you will be doing
* Proactively manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritising workload and monitoring progress to meet key deadlines
* Lead negotiations relating to land consents, land acquisitions, and compensation claims
* Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and line managers to ensure smooth and successful project delivery
* Provide clear, well-reasoned advice and professional recommendations to clients
* Support customer engagement, lease renewals, and land acquisition activity for substation and underground cable infrastructure projects
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of billing processes, financial responsibilities, and accurate time recording
* Collaborate across multiple disciplines within a wider consultancy environment to deliver integrated, high-quality services
* Maintain strong working relationships across teams to ensure consistent and effective service delivery
