A Team Leader to manage and motivate a leading residential conveyancing department is sought to join this leading regional law practice. THE ROLE: As a team manager, you will ideally be based in the office but there is some flexibility with home working as well. You will run your own reduced caseload and manage a team of 4–6 lawyers. You should demonstrate a track record of management experience and be commercially astute. An integral part of this role is coaching and mentoring team members to ensure delivery of high standards to the firm’s clients. Acting for well-known national house builders, this is a high-profile role.
THE CANDIDATE: You will be a highly experienced and qualified residential conveyancer seeking your next move. Ideally, as a team manager, you will have a proven track record of managing and growing a team. You should have strong, sound knowledge of all residential conveyancing matters and be methodical and well-organized in your approach.
