Responsibilities
1. Utilise Azure DevOps forprehensive testing of workflows and collaborating effectively within a team of software testers
2. Conduct thorough regression testing of software releases and validate user stories to ensure quality delivery
3. Test bug fixes and proactively identify new issues to maintain system integrity
4. Diagnose and resolve peripheral hardware faults on payment systems and test kiosks
5. Remove, replace, and configure faulty hardwareponents to minimise system downtime
6. Manage the return and repair processes for defective hardwareponents
7. Repair existing bespoke cables or create new cables as required for system functionality
8. Create documentation for engineering support and end user guides
Who Are We Looking For

9. 5+ years of relevant industry experience in software testing and hardware maintenance
10. Hands-on self-service kiosk experience with deep knowledge of payment system hardware
11. Strong hardware troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolvingplex hardware faults
12. Proven experience with Azure DevOps for test management and CI/CD pipeline testing
13. Technical expertise in hardware configuration, cable repair/creation, and regression testing methodologies
14. Flexibility to travel to customer, supplier and other Worldline sites
