Registered Manager for a 4 bed children's home in Bala, North Wales.
About the Registered Manager's role
Develop comprehensive care plans
Create a great team environment
Maintain high standards
Deal with the operational and commercial aspects
of the home
Ensure high standards of care are provided
at all times
Requirements
About You
* A minimum of 1 years' experience in a supervisory
role within children's residential
* Level 3 in Children's residential care
* Level 5 in Leadership in Management is
preferred but not essential
* Full UK Driving Licence and the right to
work in the UK
