Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and develop key national accounts, driving sales growth and profitability
* Create and implement strategic business plans for assigned accounts
* Negotiate commercial terms and promotional activities with major retailers
* Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategies
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective product launches and marketing campaigns
* Monitor and report on account performance, providing insights and recommendations
The Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking a driven and experienced professional with a proven track record in national account management within the FMCG sector. The successful candidate will possess:
* Substantial experience in managing key accounts in the UK retail landscape
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
* A results-oriented approach with the ability to work autonomously

Package:
£60,000 - £65,000 + £5K Car Allowance + Bonus + Bens
