OTE £60,000 - £80,000

Your Quests Include:
* Drive sales growth and revenue delivery
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies
* Set and monitor monthly KPIs for team members
* Lead and manage a dynamic, medium-sized sales team
* Run local initiatives to boost sales activity
* Report on team performance to senior Directors
* Oversee team hiring and career progression
* Ensure revenue targets align with budgeted revenue
Who You Are:
* Seasoned leader with a proven track record in senior management roles
* Analytically sharp, adept at taking the initiative, and making sound commercial judgments
* An energetic and motivating presence, with the ability to inspire and drive teams to achieve targets
* Demonstrated success in conceiving and executing transformative strategies
* Exceptional skills in presentation, communication, and building valuable relationships
* Natural leader with a passion for coaching and team development
* Adaptable and quick to navigate new and changing situations
* Meticulously organized, with a talent for multitasking and effective prioritization
