Monday - Friday | 6pm - 4am
Sun - Thurs 8pm to 6am

We are looking for Warehouse Operatives who can work well as part of a team. You should have strong organisational and communication skills, and be flexible in your approach. A minimum of 1 year's experience in a warehouse is required. Forklift certification (Counterbalance, Pivot, Flexi/Bendi trucks) is advantageous. You must be able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal communication skills are essential for effective interaction with customers and colleagues. Maintain high hygiene standards and a 'clean as you go' work ethic, including managing damages, spillages, and general cleanliness.
Requirements:
* At least 1 year's warehouse experience
* Ability to work in both office and warehouse settings
* Professional appearance
* Attention to detail and safety-conscious
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills
* Organised, self-sufficient, and able to meet deadlines
* Flexible and adaptable to team environments
* Confident and approachable
* Chemical and Manual Handling training (preferred but not essential)
* Full UK driving license and own transportation
Accountable KPIs:
* Customer Service – Stock accuracy at 98%
* Quality – Safe and correct loading at 99%
* Cost – Minimise breakages to 1%
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service
* Receiving and storing goods
* Picking and preparing stock
* Loading stock using manual and forklift methods
* Maintaining accurate stock records
* Assisting with stock counts
* Keeping the warehouse clean and safe
* Proper manual handling and equipment use
* Completing paperwork accurately
Communication
* Coordinate with internal teams to resolve paperwork issues
* Respond to customer queries via email and phone
Teamwork
* Promote teamwork and positive behaviour
* Maintain health, safety, hygiene, and security standards
