The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Responsibilities
You will:
* Monitor technician’s performance, including productivity, quality of work, and adherence to safety protocols.
* Assign service calls and work orders to technicians.
* Monitor the status of open repairs with workshop technicians.
* Provide some first level of support to Service Technicians requiring assistance.
* Develop reviewing quotes for accuracy prior to communication with customers.
* Conduct pre-job safety meetings.
* Facilitate invoicing of the completed service orders.
* Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to technicians.
* Assist in providing excellent service and communication throughout the entire service process.
* Schedule service appointments and route accordingly.
Qualifications
You have:
* 3+ years related experience
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* High School Diploma / GED
* Microsoft Office proficiency
