Location: Operations Centre, Lichfield
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

The Role
In this role, you’ll be involved in the complete frame production process, including measuring, cutting, assembly, and inspection. No two days are the same, and you’ll play a key part in ensuring high-quality production and timely deliveries. If you have a passion for hands-on work and enjoy working as part of a team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
8. Measuring frame moulding and glass/composite accurately
9. Operating machinery (including the moulding saw, Excalibur vertical cutter, and Alpha under pinner)
10. Artwork frame assembly and final inspection
11. Manual material handling and stocktaking
12. Wrapping and packaging frames for delivery
Skills Required:
13. Positive, can-do attitude
14. Strong attention to detail and ability to learn new skills
15. Flexibility with working hours and availability for overtime (including Saturday AM)
16. Reliability and ability to work accurately at pace
17. Team player with a collaborative mindset
Ideal Background: Experience in Production, Assembly, Manufacturing, Woodwork, Machinery, or Carpentry/Joinery would be beneficial.
