Your responsibilities as an enterprise architect will include:
* Assessing the impact of business strategy on enterprise architecture, including organization, applications, data, infrastructure, and operations.
* Staying informed about industry dynamics and trends to identify and formulate needs for change in enterprise architecture.
* Co-creating a client’s Enterprise Architecture vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
* Developing recommendations and translating them into actionable roadmaps for complex, large technology environments using Lean and Agile principles.
* Supporting the creation of Enterprise Architecture blueprints, demonstrating the end-to-end technology landscape including applications, integrations, and data.
* Conducting vendor assessments across technology, data, and platform vendors.
* Collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to communicate and conclude key architectural decisions effectively.
* Providing EA governance throughout transformation programs to ensure initiatives comply with guidelines without compromising business goals.
* Supporting the design and governance of enterprise data platform capabilities, including integration and automation.
* Creating and implementing Enterprise Architecture Operating models and roadmaps.
* Performing Enterprise Architecture maturity assessments for clients.
We are looking for individuals who:
* Work within or across architectural domains: Business, Application, Data, and Technology.
* Have experience in digital transformation programs, working across different levels of architecture and with multidisciplinary teams.
* Possess broad understanding of the Communications and Media industry landscape, including Telco solutions, platform options, and considerations across BSS and OSS.
* Understand Telco frameworks like eTOM / Frameworx, TMFORUM ODA, Open APIs.
* Have broad knowledge of banking and insurance technology landscapes, including functional applications and platform options.
* Have experience with key technology platforms in insurance sectors, e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek, Salesforce, EIS, Sapiens, DXC.
* Have a broad understanding of Health & Public Services technology landscape.
* Demonstrate stakeholder management and communication skills to influence architectural decisions.
* Have experience designing Cloud/Data Platforms & AI solutions, including Gen AI, and are keen to explore emerging technologies.
Set yourself apart if you have some or all of the following:
* Deep knowledge within the Communications and Media industry processes and technology architecture.
* In-depth insight into Telco functional domains like Sales, CRM, Order Management, etc.
* In-depth insight into insurance domains like Underwriting, Claims, Pricing, etc.
* Knowledge of the Government Service Manual, TCoP, and UK Digital/Data Strategies.
* Experience as a solution or enterprise architect.
* Experience with business capability and process taxonomies, maturity assessments, and technology solutions alignment.
* Knowledge of architecture tools such as LeanIX, Ardoq, iServer, etc.
* Previous experience in relevant industries.
* Certifications like TOGAF, SAFe, AWS/Azure/GCP, etc.
* Familiarity with frameworks like ITIL, Scaled Agile Framework.
