The Role: Finance Assistant
We're looking for a detail‑focused and dependable Finance Assistant to join our Finance team on a six-month fixed term contract. You'll play an important role in processing purchase invoices accurately, ensuring suppliers are paid on time, and helping maintain strong financial records.
Key Responsibilities
Process a high volume of purchase invoices in Sage·
Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes·
Communicate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve invoice queries·
Maintain accurate records and filing systems·
Support month‑end tasks, including reconciliations and reporting·
Assist the wider finance team with general administrative duties
What You'll Bring
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy·
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel·
Strong time‑management skills with the ability to meet deadlines·
