Basic Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 (+ performance-linked OTE)

As a Graduate Researcher, you’ll partner with experienced consultants to deliver high-quality candidate and client work, learn the intricacies of retained and contingent search, and develop deep market knowledge across accountancy, finance, corporate finance, and strategy.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Researching and mapping high-calibre candidates for senior-level assignments
* Supporting the delivery of retained and contingent searches
* Attending client meetings, pitches, and short-list presentations
* Tracking corporate activity, market trends, and leadership moves
* Managing candidate processes from first contact to placement
What We’re Looking For:
* Recent graduate from a top UK university (Oxbridge/Russell Group preferred)
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Proactive, resilient, and eager to learn from industry leaders
* Able to thrive in a professional, fast-paced environment
