Pay: £12.80-£13.30 per hour

The Role
This is a hands-on front of house leadership role for someone confident, proactive and experienced in hospitality. You will play a key part in the day-to-day running of the deli, leading shifts from the front while delivering warm, professional customer service.
You must be comfortable taking ownership of the shop floor, supporting the manager and assistant manager, and ensuring high standards are maintained across service, cleanliness and organisation at all times.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading front of house service during shifts
* Serving customers with warmth, efficiency and attention to detail
* Preparing and serving barista-quality coffee
* Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming shop floor
* Managing and placing orders as required
* Supporting daily open and close-down procedures
* Working closely with the manager and assistant manager to help drive standards and smooth operations
* Stepping up to run the store confidently when required
