SCOPE AND DIMENSIONS / PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
MAIN RESPONSBILITIES
Hibernian Football Club prides itself on providing the highest customer service standards while also looking to deliver a range of initiatives that enhance the matchday experience for supporters and additional stakeholders.
To support this, Hibernian is recruiting for a bank of Matchday Receptionist, who will report to the Head of Hospitality, to provide best-in-class customer service and care to all matchday hospitality guests attending fixtures at Easter Road Stadium.
The key duties of this role include:
* Welcoming guests on arrival alongside the Club Administration Assistant.
* Provide cover for the Club Administration Assistant should they be required elsewhere. In the event of the Club Administration Assistant not being available on a Match Day, the Matchday Receptionist will be the main point of contact with support from the Hibernian full time staff.
* Distributing tickets to guests.
* Direct guests to their allocated suite within the West Stand.
* Working in conjunction with the wider Matchday Team, ensuring a best-in-class experience.
* Informing guests of any updates and communication as instructed by the management team.
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, flexible, and able to adapt to a changing environment. They will be cheerful, professional, well-presented, and have excellent interpersonal skills with a willing-to-help attitude. The candidate will be an excellent team player who demonstrates honesty, integrity, and reliability.
It would be beneficial for individuals to have previous experience in a similar customer service role. The successful candidate will need to be able to commit to all home matchdays.
The successful candidate will receive full training on Ticketmaster.
