Responsibilities
* Ensure young people are up and ready for school, help with homework, and manage paperwork.
* Plan and facilitate activities to promote development, including evenings and weekends.
* Provide day‑to‑day support, maintaining a safe and positive environment.
* Record observations, prepare reports, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Qualifications
* A 'can do' attitude and a genuine caring approach towards young people.
* Honesty, empathy, and resilience in challenging situations.
* A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to study, with support).
* Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
