This person will work to ensure that the contracts operate efficiently and effectively, maintaining fullpliance with contractual obligations in a professional manner.The main duties of the role include managing and supporting our engineers and soft service staff for Cleaning and Waste segregation
in the operational management of our BA Cardiff contract such as services delivery, submitting annual contract budgets for approval, monitoring service delivery andpliance, ensuring appropriate administration and record keeping, programming maintenance works, managing staff with 30 staff, training, establishing subcontract arrangements, liaising with clients on Health & Safety issues, security and catering, supporting business development,municatingpany policies and procedures, conducting team meetings, producing reports, managing project design teams and overseeing capital projects.The ideal candidate for this position should have strong team management experience of engineers from a FM manufacturing background, proven experience Account Managing reputable contracts, excellent knowledge ofplex environments, and a track record of successful service delivery.
