Senior Quantity Surveyor - City of London
Our client, a leading turnkey commercial fit out contractor, is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage multi-million-pound projects from inception to final account. This is a client-facing role, ideal for a commercially knowledgable professional with a strong M&E background and a proven track record in delivering profitable, high-quality projects. They are looking for someone that is able to lead all commercial aspects of fit out and M&E projects, ensuring risks are mitigated, profits maximised, and deadlines met.
The business has an excellent reputation within the industry and is looking to grow the business with talented and driven individuals. They are able to offer the right candidate progression and growth to take their career to the next level.
The Ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor Will Have
* Proven experience as a QS or Senior QS on commercial fit out projects
* Strong M&E installation knowledge
* Working knowledge of JCT contracts
* Excellent attention to detail, negotiation skills, and decision-making ability
* Confident communicator with a professional, client-facing manner
Job Details
* Permanent role, site and office based (07:00-16:00)
* DBS and Financial Checks required
* Start date: ASAP
* Location: City of London
* Salary: £80,000 - £85,000 PAYE per annum (plus perks such as private dental+healthcare, life insurance etc)
