Overview
As Account Manager, you will be responsible for the full delivery of sampling projects, ensuring campaigns are executed with precision, quality, and creativity. You\'ll work with our clients, internal teams, and field managers to make sure everything runs smoothly — from the initial brief to post-campaign reporting.
Responsibilities
* Client Management — Be the main point of contact for day-to-day queries. Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring briefs are delivered on time with thorough quality checks.
* Project Leadership — Lead and oversee retail experiential activities, from planning through to live delivery.
* Data & Insight — Pull and analyse reports, using data to influence change and present results to clients and field managers.
* Process Improvement — Identify and implement new ways of working, ensuring seamless adoption by the field team.
* Team Communication — Upskill and brief a field team of up to 60 colleagues, as well as run monthly sessions with 10 field managers. Present project overviews and performance results confidently at all levels.
* Risk Management — Develop weekly contingency plans to minimise disruption and ensure smooth operations.
* Performance Reporting — Collate week-end compliance data and activity overviews to share with clients.
* Mentorship — Manage and develop an Account Executive and Stock Controller, including 1:1s, and provide cover during their leave.
* Collaboration — Work closely with the field team, recruitment team, and systems team.

* A confident decision-maker who takes full ownership of their work.
* Flexible, dynamic, and able to adapt quickly to change.
* Skilled at building rapport and managing relationships across all levels.
* Experienced in campaign delivery and client-facing roles.
* Strong in presentation skills — comfortable presenting both online (Teams, Google Meet) and in-person.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Proficient with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
* Passionate about delivering exceptional results for clients.

Salary and Benefits
Salary: up to £38,000 per annum + bonus opportunity, based on experience
Working: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday (occasional weekend or evening working, time in lieu)
Location: Hybrid with minimum 3 days per week in Winnersh (RG41 5TP) with occasional visits to client offices in London and Leeds.
