Job Description About this role
Responsible for planning and booking all staff travel and accommodation for Legends Tour events throughout the season. The role also includes administrative support for the Tournament Operations team to plan and manage Legends Tour events.

Our team manages the running of all Legends Tour tournaments throughout the season, as well as supporting the operations of the business as a whole where needed. We are a small team, so each and every one of us has an important role to play. It's vital you are willing to help and support others in the team where needed, can work flexibly to meet operational requirements and enjoy working in a busy, often demanding role, juggling priorities and navigating the challenges of this type of role.
Key responsibilities:
Managing flights, accommodation, transfers and car hire for 15-20 staff at each of our tournaments and ensuring this is done in the most cost-effective way possible
Investigating and understanding any Visa requirements for staff and players travelling to our events
Managing Visa applications for staff if needed
Supporting the Tournament operations team where required
