Founded over 30 years ago, they have provided the events industry with key advances in registration technology and are now embarking on another exciting growth phase.

THE ROLE
Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Project Manager to deliver seamless event registration services and technology solutions to their clients. Responsibilities include:
1. Managing the end-to-end delivery of registration services for multiple events
2. Ensuring project deliverables and timelines are met
3. Client management, including effective communication of timescales
4. Collaborating closely with internal teams
5. Venue and supplier management
6. Traveling onsite for events when required to build relationships
7. Post-event analysis and reporting
THE CANDIDATE
Candidates should have strong project management skills and an events background, with a solid understanding that event deliverables are fixed and cannot be moved. Knowledge of registration systems is not required, but the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently is essential. Knowledge of data management, GDPR compliance, and reporting tools would be beneficial but is not mandatory. This role is suitable for someone who prefers not to handle physical event delivery or onsite presence but wants to utilize their project management skills within an events context. A solid foundation in the events sector and high organizational ability are important.
