You will be working at the forefront of our services, visiting patients in their own homes, at work, or at school, to deliver medical treatments such as IV infusions, home parenteral nutrition treatments, and intramuscular and subcutaneous injections whilst also training patients to administer their own medication. Our major focus is on clinical excellence and first-class nursing. We’ll give you all the support and flexibility you need to spend quality time with your patients and provide them with high-quality 1-2-1 care.
As a Registered Nurse, you will display a high level of care and empathy that will help our patients regain their independence. You will be well-organised and comfortable managing your own workload. In addition, you’ll be required to travel between patients throughout the day.

Registered Nurse (RGN) responsibilities: Delivering care plans for patients
Monitoring vital signs
Carrying out assessments and blood tests
Liaising with other team members including doctors and senior nurses
Observing patients’ condition and recording information
Administering medications
Communicating with patients and their families
What Nurseplus requires from a Registered Nurse? Current and unrestricted NMC Registration
Previous experience in Tracheostomy, Ventilation, Spinal injury care, and Bowel management
Right to work in the UK
Flexibility on travel
Basic IT skills
A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively
