OUR HOTEL
Opening soon, Courtyard by Marriott Sheffield is a new 150-bedroom hotel located between Sheffield and Rotherham. Situated within a growing business park and the Waverley residential development, and just 10 minutes from Meadowhall, the hotel is ideally placed to attract both corporate and leisure guests.
The hotel features stylish rooms across five floors, a fully equipped residents’ gym, one meeting room, and on-site parking. Our all-day Bistro & Bar aims to become a key dining destination in the area.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CHEF DE PARTIE AT OUR HOTEL
What you'll be doing...
* Leading service and cooking dishes that impress with flavor and presentation.
* Applying your creativity to ensure high standards of presentation and taste.
* Prepping and organizing efficiently to keep the kitchen running smoothly during service.
* Collaborating closely with the kitchen team to deliver dishes on time.
* Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, from your station to your tools.
* Monitoring stock levels to ensure availability of ingredients.
* Contributing to menu planning and development with fresh ideas.
* Working across different service periods: Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Tea, Dinner, and Sunday Lunch.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
* A passion for culinary excellence and creating memorable dining experiences.
* Proven experience in a busy kitchen, ideally as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle high-paced service.
* Creativity and attention to detail in plating and presentation.
* Team spirit and supporting the brigade to maintain high standards.
* Commitment to cleanliness, food safety, and health regulations.
