CQC Reablement Worker
Earn £13.45 per hour (£26,300 per annum) and great benefits including Health Cash Plan.
Permanent, full‑time (37.5 hpw).
Location: Watergate Court, Gateshead.

What you’ll do
* Provide 24‑hour support to our customers.
* Age over 65.
* Work closely with the care team to follow support plans and report any concerns.
* Support customers with everyday daily living activities.

You have
* A level 2 or above, or equivalent in social care, or willingness to work towards this.
* Previous experience in a CQC care setting is a plus.
* A positive, caring can‑do attitude and empathy to make a difference to customers’ lives.
* Previous experience of working with support plans and recording information using concise, effective methods.
* Knowledge of local community and networks would be brilliant.

* The role operates on a 4‑week rolling rota, which includes weekend working and bank holidays, in line with service requirements.
* Ability to use technology for creating and updating support plans.
* Enhanced DBS check is required; we pay for it.
