What we are looking for?
We are seeking an experienced Head of Talent to spearhead our recruitment efforts in a regulated healthcare environment. This role will be responsible for scaling our clinical and operational workforce rapidly while ensuring compliance standards, quality hiring practices, and exceptional candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process.
What You'll Be Doing
* Lead and manage end to end recruitment processes with the rest of the Talent team
* Create and deliver fast-paced large-scale recruitment campaigns for both clinical and non-clinical roles. overseeing the effective delivery by the team in managing high candidate volumes with pace and precision and aligned with our governance.
* Responsible for the development of a Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with the company's People Strategy and vision
* Develop and implement an onboarding process that fits with the company's growth plans and branding. Review and improve existing processes making evidence based changes and improvements.
* Provide key metrics and data analysis for the talent acquisition service demonstrating performance and commercial acumen
* Develop effective talent pipelines and succession planning.
* In partnership with the Head of People develop an Employee Value Proposition (EVP) that attracts and retains high quality team members, including reward and benefits that provide Care ADHD with a competitive advantage.
* Create a service that provides guidance and support to hiring managers and is responsive to the needs of operational and clinical teams.
* Provide expert advice and guidance to the business and CPO on all aspects of Talent Acquisition.
* Design recruitment processes that are compliant with healthcare regulations, safeguarding, and CQC requirements, while remaining candidate experience focused.
* Work in an agile and collaborative way with key colleagues to continue to innovate, adapt and harness digital technologies.
To thrive in this role you'll need to:
* Substantial experience of working in a similar environment i.e. a start-up, scale-up private healthcare and high volume fast paced recruitment.
* Experience working in a senior Talent Acquisition role and leading recruitment campaigns.
* Experience of leading and managing teams
* Experience of innovating recruitment practices and digital approaches.
* Significant experience of managing the full recruitment life cycle including pre-boarding and onboarding
* Experience of developing an EVP proven to attract and retain team members
* Knowledge of recruitment, selection and appointment policies including legalities and best practice.
* Knowledge of developing KPIs and a track record of making evidence-based decisions and improvements.
Bonus Points
* Experience of recruiting in a private healthcare setting and/or scale up business
* CIPD qualification or demonstrable experience (MCIPD or above)
