Job Description
Electrical Project Manager
£60,000 + bonus | South Wales
The Opportunity
This is a genuine chance to step into a leading role with an established and growing electrical contractor delivering a steady pipeline of projects across South Wales.
Whether you’re an experienced Electrical Project Manager looking for a better platform, or a Senior Electrician / Site Manager ready to step up into full project ownership, this role gives you the autonomy, support, and responsibility to really make your mark.
You’ll be trusted to run projects end-to-end — not just overseeing delivery, but actually owning outcomes: programme, cost, quality, safety, and client relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll take full ownership of electrical projects from handover through to final account and client sign-off.
* Lead delivery of electrical projects from start to finish
* Own programme, labour planning, procurement, and site coordination
* Manage and support site teams and subcontractors
* Act as the key point of contact for clients and main contractors
* Run progress meetings and ensure projects stay on track commercially and operationally
* Maintain high standards of H&S, compliance, and technical delivery
* Support cost control, forecasting, and risk management
* Oversee commissioning, snagging, and successful project handover
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Electrician (essential)
* Strong background in electrical project delivery or site management
* Confident running jobs and coordinating teams on live sites
* Good commercial awareness and understanding of project performance
* Strong communicator who can deal with clients and contractors
* Full UK driving licence
What’s On Offer
* £60,000 salary + performance bonus
* Company vehicle (van included)
* 33 days holiday
* Clear progression and development opportunities
* Long-term role within a stable, growing contractor
* Real ownership of projects, not just supervision
Why This Role?
If you want to move away from just “delivering work on site” and into a role where you genuinely run projects, influence outcomes, and build client relationships — this is that step.
You’ll have the backing of an established business, but the autonomy to run your own patch and develop into a senior leadership position over time.
