Riverside location near Kingston upon Thames
Flexible working hours (start between 8:30–10am, finish between 4:30–6pm)
Hybrid work model – 3 days in-office, 2 days from home
🔍 Quality & Customer Care Executive Responsibilities:
Manage the onboarding process for new suppliers
Coordinate product specifications for label reprints and updates
Create Front of Pack (FOP) & Back of Pack (BOP) label content
Ensure compliance with EU labelling legislation and claims
Monitor packaging stock and liaise with suppliers to ensure continuity
Create and approve SSCC labels with suppliers
Support customer service team during busy periods
Respond to customer queries via phone and email
Manage customer complaints and compensation appropriately
Maintain up-to-date supplier certifications
Collaborate across teams for product launches and quality support✅ Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role (customer service or food industry)
Knowledge of EUFIC Regulations and allergen labelling is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
