We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible individual to join NHS Dumfries and Galloway’s Acute & Diagnostic Administration Team as a Clerical Officer within the Emergency Department and Acute Medical Unit. This is a fixed term contract until 07/02/2027, covering day, evening, weekend and night shifts under a rolling 4‑week rota.
About the role
As a Clerical Officer, you will provide clerical and administrative support across both departments, receive and register patients promptly and accurately, and work closely with medical and nursing teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Additional Information
