* Providing transformation and project management capability to help clients deliver projects and programmes that create real business value.
* Working with clients across sectors including government, public sector, energy, utilities, transport, education, consumer products, and retail.

Your Key Responsibilities
We are seeking experienced Managers to support the growth of EY’s successful TD business.
Client Responsibilities:
* Managing and delivering transformation projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
* Working with clients across sectors like government, health, utilities, transport, and telco to deliver excellent service.
* Ensuring project plans, logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), and budgets are effectively managed.
* Leading activities such as business process design, testing, and end-user training involving multiple stakeholders.
* Collaborating with clients to develop innovative insights and solutions.
* Using data to inform insights and sharing technical, sector, and market knowledge.
* Addressing business and technology issues through collaboration.
* Applying expertise to shape services and produce high-quality work products and presentations.
Internal Responsibilities:
* Supporting client account management, recruitment, financial management, and quality/risk management.
* Building relationships to generate new business opportunities.
* Supporting proposals and presentations for medium to complex projects.
* Communicating effectively with senior management and motivating teams.
* Understanding service offerings and identifying opportunities for improvement.
* Fostering internal relationships and supporting team development, coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews.
* Contributing to recruitment, retention, training, and ongoing technical development.
* Adhering to workplace policies and procedures.
Skills and Attributes for Success
Candidates should have:
* Experience in management consulting or a similar advisory role.
* Project management experience with large-scale projects, including planning, resource management, and benefits realization.
* Client-facing project management experience using waterfall methodologies.
* Certifications like Professional Scrum Master, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent are desirable.
* Multidisciplinary experience including project management, business process design, testing, and training.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Understanding of project governance and change management principles.
* Strong educational qualifications, with additional professional certifications preferred.
