Known internally as a Health Assessment Specialist at Bluecrest Wellness, you’ll play a vital part in helping people take control of their health and wellbeing. You’ll meet customers who rely on your support, reassurance and professionalism, and the impact you make can genuinely change lives.
This role offers variety, independence and the satisfaction of delivering high-quality care. You’ll travel across your region, work in a range of well-presented venues, and guide customers through health assessments that give them clarity and confidence about their wellbeing.
You don’t need a specific background; what matters most is your passion for health, your love of meeting new people, and your enthusiasm for a role that blends hands-on clinical work with meaningful customer interaction. Empathy, accuracy and energy count in this role.
Responsibilities, Hours And The Day-to-Day
In this role, you’ll work 4 10-hour shifts per week, total 40 hours, with shifts scheduled between 6am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday. Your rota is created by our Resource Team and provided three weeks in advance, with the option to request 2 days in a calendar month where you cannot work.
Travel is a regular part of the role and adds variety. You may need to drive up to two hours to reach your venue (travel sits outside your 10-hour shift). For drives over 1.5 hours, accommodation and meal allowance are provided. Depending on the venue, you may also travel by public transport.
At Bluecrest, you will deliver health assessments in welcoming, well-presented clinic spaces across your region, keeping your working environment fresh and interesting. Your day begins with planning your route, traveling to your allocated venue, setting up equipment, and greeting customers. You can expect to see 15-22 customers per day, with appointment times ranging from 10 to 45 minutes depending on the package chosen.
Health assessments may include:
* PAD
* ECG
* Phlebotomy (once qualified)
* Lung Function
* Body Composition
* And more
You’ll also offer guidance on appropriate further testing and keep administration up to date.
One of the most rewarding aspects is the impact you have on each customer’s experience. You’ll be the first step in helping someone understand their health, delivering reassurance, professionalism and care. You won’t be required to interpret results or provide lifestyle advice afterward, but your role is essential in ensuring customers feel supported and informed.
This is a hands-on, people-focused role where no two days are the same and the work you do makes a difference.
