An interest in any of our target sectors for where we work with leading multinational companies:

* Consumer Products & Retail

* Public Sector

WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE

When you enter the Intelligent Industry Academy, a heavy emphasis is placed on your development and being able to learn a variety of skills in a multitude of environments. Capgemini has an existing suite of trainings with 3600+ courses from 160+ internationally recognised universities to support your development across all industry critical topics.

During the programme you will benefit from wider learning opportunities and can choose from a suite of accreditations and courses.

Alongside the courses you will have the opportunity to deepen your content knowledge in your specific areas of interest through our Accelerate Core Consulting Pathways, designed to upskill you in areas such as strategic analysis, operating model transformation and cloud computing among other topics. You’ll also benefit from Leadership Connect sessions to help you learn more about your leadership team in Intelligent Industry and bring you closer to the team, alongside monthly deep‑dive sessions into the work we conduct in our Intelligent Industry sub team.

At Capgemini we don’t just believe in inclusion, we actively go out to making it a working reality. Driven by our core values and Inclusive Futures for All campaign, we build environments where you can bring your whole self to work.

We aim to build an environment where employees can enjoy a positive work‑life balance. We embed hybrid working in all that we do and make flexible working arrangements the day‑to‑day reality for our people. All UK employees are eligible to request flexible working arrangements.

Employee wellbeing is vitally important to us as an organisation. We see a healthy and happy workforce a critical component for us to achieve our organisational ambitions. To help support wellbeing we have trained ‘Mental Health Champions’ across each of our business areas. We have also invested in wellbeing apps such as Thrive and Peppy.

There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required.

There are other criteria and checks required for BPSS, and throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.

Note: You will have lived in the UK for the last three years with no more than 6 months out of the country (in order to meet security clearance requirements). You may be required to work away from home during the week after the initial training period.
