ARC HD Services Ltd is part of Community Integrated Care and is a specialist care provider that delivers residential care and 1:1 support for young people aged 9-18 who face significant social, emotional, and mental health difficulties, including ASD, ADHD, PTSD, eating disorders, and trauma-related behavioural challenges.
We are currently looking for a dedicated, caring Waking Night Support Worker to join our team in New Milton, Hampshire on a full-time permanent contract to support the next generation of stars to live the best life possible.
About the Home
Woodside is a calm, homely, and therapeutic bungalow supporting up to three young people aged 11-18. We specialise in helping children and adolescents facing mental health challenges including ASD, ADHD, PTSD, eating disorders, emotional and behavioural difficulties, and significant childhood trauma. The home operates with 1:1 care and a 4 nights on/4 nights off rota system; this particular role is a part-time role (e.g., 2 nights on and 6 nights off). Salary is shown for full time and pro-rated for part time.

Responsibilities
* Work 1:1 with a young person during each shift.
* Work alongside an experienced Registered Manager and within a staff team guided by a mental health nurse and a child and adolescent psychiatrist.
* Receive specialist training in attachment theories, trauma-informed practice, and other relevant areas.
* Be honest, non-judgemental, proactive, able to build trusting relationships, and comfortable using humour within a close-knit team.
* Spend your shift with the person you support, making a meaningful impact on their lives.

Requirements & Availability
* Previous experience is desirable but not essential; training and support are provided.
* A full driving licence for a manual car is preferred.
* Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check.
* Typical working week is 39 hours plus one sleeping-in duty, usually over three days; one in three weekends off.
