Your new role
As a Part-Time Receptionist, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations and acting as a first point of contact for clients. Working Monday to Friday, 10:00am–2:00pm. Your duties will include:
1. Handling inbound phone calls from customers
2. Monitoring and responding to inbound emails
3. Accurate data input and processing using CRM systems
4. Diary management and appointment scheduling
5. Dispatching technicians and supporting scheduling activities
6. Document handling, filing and general administration
7. Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks
No prior industry experience is required
