Key job responsibilities
* Review and develop processes for Marketing management, including implementation of AI solutions, working alongside multiple partner teams.
* Build new approaches and tooling to more effectively manage our workflows from scratch.
* Drive key strategic projects, including strategic direction, implementation plans, stakeholder alignment and adoption.
* Build workflows and mechanisms to ensure seamless ways of working across Marketing Management.
* Track, analyse and report results.
* Unblock issues, provide escalation management, anticipate and make recommendations for trade‑offs, and meet delivery timelines.
* Dive deep on existing ways of working to propose more effective, scalable solutions, with a focus on saving time for teams and providing easy access to critical information.
About the team
Amazon MGM Studios is the home for talent, creating and producing original films and television series for a global audience. Original series premiere exclusively on Prime Video, which is available in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide. Amazon MGM Studios also produces and acquires original movies for theatrical release and exclusively for Prime Video.
Basic Qualifications
* Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
* Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
* Experience in marketing or marketing research
* Experience in operations management
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Salesforce and Tableau
* Experience building, executing and scaling cross‑functional marketing programs
* Experience in B2B, digital advertising, and ad‑tech products/services
