The Role
As Maintenance Manager, you will oversee maintenance operations, ensuring the optimal condition, cost, and efficiency of the site's assets. This role requires a mix of administrative and hands-on involvement (approximately 80/20 split), making it ideal for candidates looking to progress into a management role.
1. Maximise production performance by maintaining and optimizing plant equipment.
2. Implement a structured preventative maintenance program to support business objectives.
3. Lead and motivate a multiskilled maintenance team, ensuring accountability and addressing performance issues where necessary.
4. Enhance operational efficiency by minimising waste and improving energy usage.
5. Collaborate with senior management on site operations, capital projects, and budget control.
