Product Engineer£40,000 - £50,000 + Profit Share + One day WFH + 25 Days Holiday + Support with Training and Development. Location: Luton (Commutable from: Milton Keynes, Hemel Hempstead, Stevenage, St Albans, Watford)Are you a Product Engineer with an electrical or electronics background looking to take ownership of development projects and grow into a senior role?This is a great opportunity to join a long-established business offering varied technical work, exposure to overseas manufacturing, and potential long-term progression.The company is a well-respected name in its field with decades of experience designing and supplying specialist electrical products. * End-to-End Product Development.

The candidate:
* Engineering Background - Degree or equivalent in engineering with an electrical or electronics focus.
* Knowledge of electrical products and manufacturing processes.
* Problem Solver & Collaborator - Able to work independently, communicate with overseas teams, and translate ideas into practical product solutions.
