Responsibilities
* Develop and manage the category plan aligned with company strategy.
* Optimize product lifecycle and ensure competitive positioning.
* Use data and market research to drive decisions and spot new trends.
* Contribute to business plans, promotional activities, and cost-saving initiatives.
* Manage commercial results and partner compliance.
* Engage with stakeholders and external partners effectively.
Who are you?
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
* 3+ years in a similar management role with strong stakeholder and commercial skills.
* Technical knowledge related to the agri industry is considered an asset.
* You have an entrepreneurial mindset.
* Able to drive and manage change when introducing new products or systems.
