Blue Arrow are recruiting for Order Pickers / Packers for a pet food distributor based in Hailsham. You will be Order Picking animal products. Duties include: Picking Orders Locate and retrieve items from warehouse shelves based on order slips or digital instructions. Ensure accuracy in item selection, quantity, and condition. Packing and Labelling Pack items securely for shipment. Label packages correctly with shipping and handling information. Inventory Management Assist with stock checks and inventory counts. Report low stock levels or discrepancies. Operating Equipment Use pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment (if certified). Maintain equipment and report any issues. Maintaining Cleanliness and Safety Keep work areas clean and organized. Follow health and safety regulations, including wearing PPE. Documentation and Reporting Record items picked and packed. Use handheld scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS). The working hours are 9:30am-6:30pm Monday - Friday The pay rate will be £12.21 per hour. Ongoing work.
