What You'll Do:
Review, schedule, and publish engaging content across Cytiva's corporate social media channels.
Assist in the execution of both organic and paid social media campaigns.
Manage the employee advocacy platform by curating and uploading shareable content.
Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices to continuously improve channel performance.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather content and support campaign initiatives.
About You:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field - or equivalent experience.
Familiarity with major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and scheduling tools.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, global environment.
Interest or prior experience in biopharma or life sciences is a plus but not essential.
