Are you a passionate and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work in the OL16 area? We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable TA3s to support a number of welcoming and supportive primary schools on a day-to-day and short-term basis, with opportunities for longer-term placements available.
The Role:
* Supporting class teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
* Working with small groups or 1:1 to support learning and development
* Assisting with behaviour management and creating a positive learning environment
* Supporting pupils with SEND or EAL as needed
* Helping with general classroom duties and maintaining a safe, nurturing space
About You:
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
* Experience in a primary school setting
* Strong behaviour management and communication skills
* A flexible and proactive approach to support
* A valid DBS on the update service (or willing to obtain one)
