We are recruiting for a Secondary Teacher to join a specialist school in Hastings that supports pupils aged 11-16 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, as well as those in alternative provision. The Role
* Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs
* Support pupils with SEMH needs to re-engage with education
* Create a safe, structured, and nurturing classroom environment
* Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and leadership
* Implement behaviour management strategies effectively
* Monitor and track student progress

The Ideal Candidate
