Role Overview: This is a key leadership hire as part of the company’s continued expansion. The successful candidate will take ownership of the residential sales function, driving performance, winning new business, and leading from the front. Managing a team of 2 (with further growth planned this year), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the department, increasing market share, and maintaining high standards across the sales process. This is a hands-on role, where you will be actively involved in valuations, viewings, and deal progression whilst the team continues to grow. Key Responsibilities: Generating new business opportunities and increasing market share Conducting property valuations and securing new instructions Booking and carrying out property viewings Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors Progressing agreed sales through to completion Managing, mentoring, and developing a growing team, working closely with Sales Director Setting targets, monitoring performance, and driving results Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients Working closely with senior leadership on growth strategy Ensuring consistently high levels of customer service and professionalism Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator or Valuer, ready to step into a leadership role (or existing Manager) Strong track record in winning instructions and closing deals Full UK driving licence and own car Lives within a commutable distance of the office Natural leader with a hands-on, proactive approach Driven, ambitious, and target-focused Excellent communication and negotiation skills Package and Benefits: Basic Salary £28,000 - £30,000 with an OTE of £45,000 Performance-based bonuses £2,400 annual car allowance Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm 1 in 2 Saturdays, with a day off in lieu Clear progression opportunities as the team and business expand Supportive management and a positive team environment On-site / nearby parking
