Reporting into the People, Culture and Inclusion Manager, the People and Culture Partner will join our P&C Department on a permanent basis at our South Guildford Head Office.
This role involves partnering with senior leaders to develop and implement people plans that align with business goals and support a positive workplace culture.
Roster: Monday to Friday, 8.5 hours per day (including meal break)
What You’ll Do:
* Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business objectives and drive performance outcomes
* Develop and implement annual people plans informed by workforce data and business insights
* Lead and support cyclical people initiatives such as performance reviews, talent calibration, and remuneration reviews
* Drive initiatives that foster a high-performance culture and improve employee engagement
* Lead organisational design, workforce planning, and change management activities
* Coach and influence leaders on people-related matters, including leadership development and team effectiveness
* Monitor workforce trends and provide strategic advice to proactively address risks and opportunities
Skills & Experience:
* Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a relevant field
* Significant HR experience, including experience in a senior operational role
* Proven ability to engage and influence senior leaders
* Experience navigating and adapting within evolving operating models
* Sound knowledge of HR frameworks and best practices
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels
