This Digital Account Manager role is built for someone who enjoys translating digital performance into clear client value. Youll work closely with a Head of Digital and specialist channel teams. Youll create and manage digital strategies that support real business objectives. This is a hands-on role with space to shape how digital is delivered and communicated.
As a Digital Account Manager, youll manage a portfolio of clients across PPC, Paid Social, Programmatic and SEO. Youll translate needs into clear digital plans. Youll present performance updates in a way that is easy to understand and focused on outcomes.
Youll analyse campaign data. Youll also support new business activity, contribute to pitches, and spot opportunities to grow existing accounts through relevant digital solutions.
Experience working as a Digital Account Manager or in a similar digital/integrated client-facing role.
Proven background across multiple digital channels including PPC, Paid Social and SEO.
Experience building and managing digital strategies aligned to business objectives.
Confidence presenting data, insight and recommendations to stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance metrics.
Ability to plan, prioritise and manage multiple accounts effectively.
