Recruitment Consultant – Healthcare Location: Leeds Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 DOE 10% Commission An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join a growing healthcare recruitment business with a strong presence across the UK. The organisation specialises in supplying high-quality staffing solutions across the healthcare market, supporting NHS trusts, private healthcare providers, and community services with temporary and permanent recruitment solutions. With strong operational support, established client relationships, and continued growth plans, this is a fantastic opportunity for a recruiter looking to develop a successful healthcare desk with strong earning potential. This role would suit a commercially driven recruiter who enjoys both business development and candidate management within a fast-paced environment.
