Cloud9 Estates are looking for a highly motivated experienced office based Sales Negotiator/Progressor to complement our fantastic residential Sales & Lettings team in Coventry. You must have your own vehicle and a clean driving license the role will be mainly office based with some client visits. Responsibilities
* Engage with clients to understand their property needs and provide expert advice on valuation and listing strategies.
* Conduct property viewings and negotiate sales terms to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
* Maintain accurate records and administrative documentation related to property listings and transactions.
* Utilize strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple listings efficiently.
* Leverage multilingual abilities to cater to a diverse clientele.
* Ensure compliance with local regulations and maintain a valid driving license for property visits.
