What you’ll be doing… Leading the end-to-end delivery of event day hospitality operations Planning and coordinating all operational elements including staffing, set-up, and service delivery Managing labour and operational budgets to ensure efficiency and cost control Leading, motivating, and developing a large hospitality team Delivering engaging event briefings and ensuring all team members are clear on expectations Working closely with Sales, Kitchen, and Operations teams to ensure seamless event execution Maintaining exceptional standards of service, presentation, and timing across all events Ensuring full compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards Supporting event planning and client requirements to ensure outstanding customer experiences Working pattern: 5 Days Out of 7 | 37.5 Hours Per Week | Including Regular Evenings and Weekends.
